Although we ask that you plan accordingly, a typical wetland inspection and final report is normally completed within an average of 3 (three) business days. Should you wish to authorize for a RUSH service to expedite the Informal Wetland Inspection- Step 1, the turnaround period will be within 1 (one) business day. To add a RUSH to a Step 1 survey, please be sure to add both services to the “cart”. We thank our clients and their realtors for their understanding and continued desire to use Tropical Environmental Consultants for their environmental needs. We will continue to try to accommodate everyone with the same high quality of service as we have always provided.
Rush Service
In certain cases, a client may require completion of a Step 1 or similar environmental service in a reduced ‘turnaround’ period. TEC will make every attempt to schedule normal site visits quickly and without the need for a rush service, however based on work load and demand, a site visit may not occur soon enough to meet client needs. Should a RUSH SERVICE be required, findings will be presented within 2 (two) business days. Please purchase this service in addition to an Informal Wetland Determination Step 1 (add to cart). Should TEC become unable to accommodate your request, you will be quickly notified during normal business hours (9-5 M-F) and the fee shall be returned.

Gopher Tortoise/Burrowing Owl Relocation Permits
In the event that development cannot be avoided around potential burrows an FWC permit will need to be obtained in order to relocate State protected species. Please give us a call to discuss your project as these situations and permit needs are evaluated on a case by case basis.
